Refund policy

1. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for damaged or defective items only.
  • Damaged or defective items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.
  • Exchanges may be requested within 15 days of delivery.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.

2. Exchange Policy

At RAE, each product is thoughtfully crafted and customized just for you. Because of the personalized nature of our products, we follow a strict but fair policy to ensure transparency and quality.

All our hoodies are made-to-order based on the design, image, and specifications shared by you.

Due to this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Dislike of design or final look
  • Incorrect selection made by the customer (design, image, or text)

📏 Size Exchange

We understand that sizing can sometimes be tricky. We offer size exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Customer must provide unboxing video/photo proof if requested

Once we receive and inspect the product, we will proceed with the exchange.

⚠️ Damaged or Defective Products

We take quality very seriously. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or an incorrect item was delivered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of the issue and your order details.

After verification, we will:
✔ Offer a free replacement
✔ Cover all shipping costs

Customization Errors (Our Responsibility)

If there is any error from our end such as incorrect design or embroidery, spelling mistakes made by us, or wrong image used, we will take full responsibility and provide a free replacement at no additional cost.

🚫 Non-Eligible Cases

We will not be able to accept requests in the following cases:

  • Minor variations in embroidery (as each piece is handmade)
  • Slight color differences due to lighting or screen display
  • Requests raised after the 48-hour window
